Flair has been voted the most important supplier by retailers in the ToyNews annual survey
The firm was also deemed to offer the best customer service and had the top girls toy with Sylvanian Families. Character Options Doctor Who range was considered to be the best boys range.
Asked about their prospects for Christmas the majority of retailers expect it to be either down or the same as the year before. Conversely the majority are confident of having a good 2008.

what maniac designed the packaging for the leapfrog first computer? it is very hard to open and you need wire snips and pliers to get through the multitude of wire ties, which could be dangerous to a small child
