Character is first Choice for Nickelodeon

Toy manufacturer named as official sponsor for first ever UK Kids' Choice Awards.
Viacom Brand Solutions has secured Character Options has the official sponsor of the first ever Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards UK, which will be held in London on October 20th.
The deal to promote Character's new doll line This Is Me includes sponsorship of all Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards UK related activity, including the show, the pre-show and dedicated blocks on Nickelodeon.
Character will also be receiving online branding at www.nick.co.uk, as well as its own microsite, branding on all promotions and an on-the-ground zone at the live event. It will also be given exposure on promotions with key retailers to give away money can't buy prizes.
The Awards will be hosted by pop group McFly and will be held at ExCeL in London's Docklands.
Nickelodeon is the UK's number one commercial kids TV network and is watched by over ten million people every month. Kids will be able to vote free at www.nick.co.uk/kca or by using the red button facility on the TV remote. They can also enter to win free tickets to the event. Voting has already begun and will continue until September 30th.
