MGA Entertainment CEO predicts the special edition, Bratz Girls Really Rock, will generate sales between $150m and $200m.
Isaac Larian believes the dolls outfitted with musical instruments and rock-star like clothing will push the firm’s 2008 retail sales for the franchise over $1 billion.
The dolls will launch in the US in August and be offered through to December in stores such as Toys R Us for around $20. UK availability is not yet known.
"When you look in the girls fashion doll line for this fall, I really think that the Bratz Girls Really Rock have definitely a big edge over all the competition," he said.
