New sector guide focuses on green products in recognition of the industry's attempts to become more environmentally friendly.
Readers of the August edition will be able to find out more about the companies that offer more eco-friendly products, for example if they were made from wood from a sustainable forest, use natural energy sources for power, or are boxed in recyclable packaging.
If you would like to be included in this sector guide, please email your words and images to Ronnie Dungan, no later than Friday, July 4th.

Save paper and go green. The consumer is not as green driven as you may suppose. They are more concerned with value. Green products represent very little if any green credentials. It's all in the Marketing.

Some only pay lip service to being green. But there are some genuinely environmentally friendly products out there. And of course the marketing is important but if being green gives a product another USP it can't be a bad thing.
