SPINMASTER: New entertainment division created

Spinmaster establishes entertainment division focused on innovative children’s media.
Following the successful launch of its big boys' hope Bakugan, Spinmaster is hoping to extend the property further and is creating a new entertainment division to develop it and other properties.
The company is advertising for a Director of Content Development, to head up the creation of the new division.
The firm has remained tight-lipped about the plans to date, but says the new department will be focused on the development, production, distribution and marketing of innovative children’s media including movies, cartoons and web content.
It will be based at the company’s headquarters in Toronto, Canada and is set to create new ideas to translate into compelling content and in turn generate global entertainment.
