Power Miners sounds A LOT like Rock Raiders, and old series of Lego. And as for Bionicle, I hope when they said "jungle" they meant air!

Finally we can talk of 2009 on BZPower

So now we can discuss 2009 on BZPower. Cool.
But it seems too early to judge next year, I bet it'll be cool.

Finally, a Temple of Doom set! I was mad when I found out that they didn't release a single one this year....ah well. Glad that we're dropping Air and moving to Plantlife/Jungle. It's just these cliche element names that remind me a lot of RoboRiders, and those other lines that didn't go past 2 months or so.

power miners? Sounds lots like Rock raiders, Mars Mission, and such things.
Anyways, I´ll maybe stop collecting bionicle next year. If this legend ends... well, I just won´t be abale to see it as the same storyline, and therefore not bionicle.

Jungle instead of Air? Fail.

If that's true, then either I'll quit Bionicle for a year or two (I'm a hardcore fan, can't leave it forever) or put a nail through my hand.

Also Shootout and Social Play do not belong in the same sentence.

Besides, how would a Shootout element (no pun intended) fit on Action figures made for posability? Tel me that, LEGO.

I'm okay with jungle, as long as they can still fly.

Just remember that the storyline wont make any sense until 2008 is over...

The shootout element will probably use the ranged weapons they are shown to have on youtube, but i dont see how it encourages social play...

I dont like 2009 so far...

JUNGLE??? That's not even an element. Whats Lego's problem? Air has always had my favorite characters and if lego changes it I will hate them eternally.

I think Power Miners sounds a lot like Rock Raiders. Lego seems to be running out of ideas. Mars Mission was a revived Life on Mars, Power Miners is a revived Rock Raiders, and this new Bionicle sounds a lot like 2001 Bionicle. I loved Rock Raiders, so Power Miners should OWN!

"Glatorian" sounds uninspired, but I'll let it pass. The new Lego stuff sounds pretty cool, and I like the return to Rock Raiders.
To Hunter Kirax, they aren't running out of ideas, it's just that their fans like the old themes and want them to continue them.

god! lego really getting suck every year, they run out of ideas,although the new Glatorian has few new good pieces.
